Law Enforcement Request Policy

Affordable Business Solutions LLC, doing business as My Top Techs respects both the privacy of its customers and the safety of the public.

Requests for records

• We disclose account information or records only in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant, issued under applicable US law.
• Send requests to legal@mytoptechs.com, from an official government email address, with the account email address involved and the legal basis for the request.
• We may notify the account holder of a request unless prohibited by law or court order.

Preservation requests

We will preserve an account's records for 90 days on receipt of a valid preservation request, pending legal process.

Emergencies

If there is an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury, we may disclose information without legal process where permitted by law. Emergency requests must explain the nature of the emergency.

Members of the public can report suspected misuse.
